Dearest Baghavthals,
It is our pleasure to announce the launching of the "web"
release of Arthi Prabandham with Commentary by the Revered Sri
U.Ve.
Sri U.Ve Thirumalai Anthaanpillai Srinivasan Swami of Kanchi.This
task was undertaken at the request of the various baghavathals
last MM Thirunakshtram and completed over a period of 6 months.
Assisting Swami in his efforts were his son Prof. T.A.S Vijayaraghavan
and his daughter- in -law Smt. Sudha Vijayaraghavan who transcribed
and edited the final text.This was indeed a mammoth task especially,
when Srinivasa Swami lives in Kanchi and the Vijayaraghavans
in Jamshedpur.Coming from the illustrous lineage of Thirumalai
Ananthazhvan, a disciple of Sri Ramanuja this family continues
the Sri Vaishnava tradtions in an unbroken sucession.The very
same father and son team also run projects on Dhivya Desam and
Sri Vaishnavism in general as well as a site on Thirumalai Anathazhvan.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Sriman T.A
Srinivasa Swamin and his son Prof T.A.S Vijayaraghavan for their
efforts in enriching the contents of this site .Without their
efforts,this portion would have been left uncovered thus missing
out the central theme of MM's life-Achrya Bahkthi to Sri Ramanuja
